A bespoke Wood-Fired Kitchen experience offers a full culinary service at your chosen venue, including use of a marquee. Mark and his team of highly-skilled chefs and front-of-house staff will deliver delicious food with exceptional service, so you and your guests can relax and enjoy your special occasion.


Dinner parties

Catering for up to 30 private dinner party guests and tailored to the individual clients’ tastes, budget and requirements.  

Mark works closely with dinner party clients to discuss the type of event they are planning and how they’d like him to design the food and evening: formal or informal; canapé reception, buffet or three course dining; table dressing; number of service staff required. His professionalism and infectious personality ensures that clients are relaxed and open with him, allowing Mark to respond with a selection of inspiring and unique options to choose from.  


Cornish Picnics 

The stunning Cornish coastline and countryside present visitors to the county with plenty of picnicking opportunities. Let Mark prepare a Cornish picnic hamper for you, your family and friends. Bursting with delicious fresh Cornish produce and prepared to your specific needs, your hamper is hand delivered to you. All you need to do is find the perfect spot and enjoy.

Weddings

Mark offers full wedding planning services and catering for parties of up to 250. He works with a proven network of professionals to provide every requirement, from hire of crockery, glassware and linen, to recommending hair and make up artists, and florists. He’s now in his fourth year of wedding planning and really enjoys the coordination of the whole day, along with the months of planning that run up to the event. He manages every aspect of your special day ensuring that your wedding is seamless and flows perfectly.

Bespoke cookery classes and demonstrations

Mark has worked as a guest chef in cookery schools and demonstrated at food festivals and events all over the country. His personable and charismatic nature puts clients immediately at ease, allowing them to get the very most out of their time with him.  Courses can be arranged for individuals or groups of up to 16, with demonstrations available for as many as 40 people.  

Class content is tailored to each client, a selection of past courses include: Artisan Breads and Baking; Fish Cookery; Cooking with Foraged Food; Rustic Italian Cookery; Cooking with Chocolate; and AGA Cookery.


Restaurant consultancy

Mark’s knowledge and experience makes him the perfect advisor to assist with the development of new restaurant concepts including, food and restaurant styling, menu development, interior design and staff training. He also shares his professional network with restaurants and provides introductions to Head Concierges at key Cornwall hotels.
